Beautiful Russian shawl (Pavlovoposadskiy platok). Thin, warm, 100% wool. (Pavlovsky Posad is a small town not far from Moscow where craftsmen still practice the intricate art of fabric printing. Manufacture was established in 1795 yr.) Original designs are engraved in wooden blocks, pattern by pattern, then printed one color at a time.
